A NOTE FROM NAT

The world of wellness is still something I am diving into and learning more about each day. Having dealt with hormonal acne for over a decade, I have had to research so many supplements and products to be sure what I was putting on and in my body was safe. Wellness is more than just the products below but can also be as simple as taking a walk outside and journaling on a park bench. It doesn't need to be over complicated and it is so easy to get sucked in to all of these wellness trends claiming to be "life-changing." But I will tell you that the items listed below are goodies and will benefit you even in the slightest. However, if you feel like you are dealing with something more serious than your ice roller can solve, I definitely suggest talking to a holistic doctor or professional. I have learned the most from getting tests and speaking with them one on one and always encourage people to do the same.
